My story
My name is Erin and I am a lifestyle-portrait photographer originally from the beautiful Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada. "Malakai" is my son's middle name and he is my inspiration, my favorite work of art. In 2016, we moved across the world to the majestic sand dunes of the United Arab Emirates to pursue my husband's career. After an adventurous six years in the middle east, we moved back home to Canada and settled into the cute, small-town of Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
When I am not chasing light with my camera or spending time with my family, my other hat I wear part-time is that of a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. I love to travel, secretly wish I was a mermaid, dream of having my own library to curl up in with a captivating book, and strive to be an active volunteer in our local animal rescue organizations.
I adore natural light and the unbeaten path. My passion is finding those moments in-between, your unique story. Un-scripted and innate. I have had the privilege of working with clients both locally and abroad.
